Spa Receptionist and Concierge:

The Receptionist/Concierge is responsible for supporting the Retail Manager with the day to day store operations, including sales and hitting targets; coordinating and booking appointments for the spa, impeccable customer service and maintaining the overall aesthetics of the store. This person will also be responsible for the Daily Financial reconciliation between the spa and Hotel.


  • Sales and Client Relationships

    • Drive customer loyalty by providing a beautiful and calm store environment consistent with the highest standards of customer service within a 5 star hotel

    • Possess great follow up and organizational skills to ensure treatment rooms are constantly booked

    • Must be able to communicate and work constructively with hotel team and to build clientele 

    Shop Operations Retail and Spa

    • Assist with the management of store systems applications, i.e. POS, booking  and inventory management platform as well as Hotel Platform  “Stay N Touch”

    • Daily financial reconciliation between hotel and spa

    • Handle customer concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling on a supervisor only when necessary)

    • Be well versed on all our clean beauty brands, product collections and treatments - to ensure the right products/treatments marry with the right client

    • Oversee daily communication with stores, i.e. customer order issues; providing timely follow up to store concerns/questions 

    • Help coordinate events and activations in store or in the hotel


  • Previous spa or retail experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays. 
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a high paced environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and pleasant front facing etiquette to guests.
  • General understanding of spa services and facilities.
  • Must have superior customer service skills, be enthusiastic, courteous, careful and have a high level of attention to detail.


  • Warm and engaging personality with good communication and interpersonal skills, especially verbal, with management, co-workers, guests, and other parties
  • Very self-confident and mature; able to manage systems, employees, and demanding guests
  • Extremely self-sufficient with good analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills
  • Good discretion and independent judgement in evaluating data and determining courses of action
  • Ability to interpret, and implement management policies or operating practices
  • Good self-discipline with an ability to complete tasks independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, issues, co-workers, and guests in stressful situations and take responsibility in a professional manner
